2018年清明节通告

清明节即将来临，温馨提醒各位主家：
1.吉隆坡福建义山已经委任工作人员收取美化墓地费用，单穴收费RM30,双穴收费RM50，请在缴交费用后领取单据和印章贴纸。此美化收费仅用于清理墓穴四周，即公共地方的杂草（不包括墓穴内）。墓穴内的杂草由主家的各位孝子贤孙自行清理（虽然主家可聘请义山的承包商代劳，但是公共地方的美化需要各位主家主动缴付美化费才能促使清理工作顺利进行）。

2.扫墓祭拜完毕后，请把所有物品，包括纸袋、祭品、杯、罐、垃圾等带走或扔进垃圾桶里以免蚊虫滋生。

3.由于气候干燥，希望扫墓者尽量减少焚烧纸扎品，汝等孝行足可慰先人在天之灵。焚烧纸扎品时，也须确保祭品完全被焚烧以及火势完全熄灭，方可离开。

4.请吸烟者勿乱丟烟蒂，以免燃着枯草枯枝造成山火。

5.在扫墓高峰期，即3月24日，25日，31日，4月1日，7日和8日，本义山将聘请志愿警卫团（RELA）及学校童軍维持义山交通秩序，各扫墓者务必遵守警卫团及学校童軍的指示。

As Ching Ming Festival is approaching, a warm reminder to all family dependents of the tomb:
1.The management of Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Cemetery had appointed staff to collect the landscaping cleaning fees, which charges RM30 for single grave and RM50 for dual grave. Please obtain the receipt with authorized stamp after the payment. The landscaping cleaning fees is only covered for weeding the surrounding area of the tomb (not including the area inside the individual tomb yard, if family dependents of the tomb require to clean the area inside the individual tomb yard, they are required to pay extra to appoint contractor of the Cemetery for such service). Otherwise, the weeds of the tomb are left for the family dependents to clean up.

2.At the end of the tomb weeding ritual, please clear up all stuff including paper bag, garbage, etc. or place them into trash can before leaving.

3.Due to the dry climate, we hope that the family dependents can reduce the paper products offering, since paper products offering is merely a form of representative meaning, the sincerity of the family dependents is the emphasis. When burning the paper products offerings, please ensure that the sacrificial offerings has been completely burned down before leaving.

4.Besides that, please do not simply throw the cigarette butt after smoking to avoid the ignition of dry grass and cause forest fire accidentally.

5.During the peak period of Ching Ming Festival, i.e. on 24th, 25th, 31st of March, and 1st, 7th, 8th of April, the management of Kuala Lumpur Hokkien Cemetery has hired volunteer security corps (RELA) and school scout to command the traffic of the Cemetery on the mentioned dates, the family dependents are required to follow the instructions accordingly.
